  • Overview

    The Presentation Specialist, Sales & Training is responsible for leading AMResorts’ efforts to create powerful, strategic and impactful presentations to be used in sales presentations and trainings. The Presentation Specialist must be a designer and innovator who can collaborate with senior staff to create meaningful motion graphics using PowerPoint and other programs. 

    The Presentation Specialist reports to the Senior Product Marketing Manager and has varied job responsibilities, which specifically relate to the overall branding and presentation of AMResorts. This position will play an integral role in the development and execution of all presentation materials for the executive team, as well as marketing and sales departments at AMResorts. Additionally, this position may take ownership of various branding and promotional projects throughout the year and on an ongoing basis. Awareness of relevant market conditions and current trends, as well as innovative and forward thinking is critical.

    • Conceptualization, innovative design and creation of all sales department PowerPoint presentations, webinars and training modules
    • Ability to develop outlines, comprehend data and provide high-level executive summaries
    • Oversight of all sales PowerPoint presentations, as well as updates to ensure AMResorts presentation standards are being met and maintained
    • Communication across all departments to ensure accuracy of information in all presentations
    • Work directly with the Marketing ROI Analyst to ensure accuracy of all key performance indicators and return on investment results
    • Establish deadlines and ensure delivery and approval of presentations
    • Responsible for all aspects of special design projects (from conception to copywriting, design and creation)
    • Work on special design projects with Sales team for tradeshows, events, in-destination events and trainings
    • Additional tasks and projects as needed

    Experience & Skill Requirements:

    • Expert in all Microsoft programs including PowerPoint
    • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite
    • Bachelor’s or equivalent 4-year degree
    • 3+ years marketing and graphic design experience, with travel industry experience preferred
    • Strategic thinking skill set and experience with interacting with senior leadership
    • Strong marketing background and graphic design experience required
    • Must be a self-motivated and results-oriented person, able to lead projects and interact with multiple departments
    • Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Public speaking experience a plus
    • Spanish a plus, but not required
