    The role of the Wedding Chat Specialist is focused on ensuring our customers' needs are met throughout the entire wedding chat experience - inquiry to completion and beyond. The Specialist responds to inbound inquiries from consumer and travel agents through the company chat system and services existing (confirmed) customers in a manner that supports the company's sales and service goals and core values for the brands of Zoëtry Wellness & Spa Resorts, Secrets Resorts & Spas, Breathless Resorts & Spas, Dreams Resorts & Spas, Now Resorts & Spas and Sunscape Resorts & Spas. 
     

    Responsibilities include but not limited to:

    • Manage Online Chat program:
      • Qualify requests and cross-sell based on brand and availability
      • Assist with initial and basic wedding inquiries
      • Help wedding couple find the resort suited to their needs and redirect customer to properties
      • Provide additional attention to resorts needing a boost in wedding production
      • Act as a agent resource or redirect agents to appropriate resources
      • Build relationship with resorts’ Wedding Managers to further increase response time and customer service
      • Pursue leads post bridal show and promotions
      • Report monthly to manager on number of chats, responses, satisfaction and feedback to assess service analytics and marketplace trends
    • Create and update Wedding Pinterest Boards for specific resorts
    • Ongoing social media updates for Romance Team
    • Assist with special projects given by the Romance Team  
    • Qualifications:   Experience: 1-3 years’ experience in Customer Service or Sales. A background in the bridal and travel industry – specifically focused on destination weddings & honeymoons- is preferred. Prior knowledge of social media is a strong plus. Excellent written and oral communication skills- specifically typing; Excellent customer service skills; Ability to make sales minded decisions based on advised strategies; Ability to eloquently promote high-end resorts and weddings. #ALG
